Cancellations & Refunds
Sara Technologies wants to build long-term business relationship with its customers – therefore we use to follow a liberal cancellation/termination policy under the following conditions:
- Sara Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to deactivate the services of website/software/SEO in case of failure to make payment after the lapse of 7 days from due date.
- Sara Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling the terms of this Agreement due to act of Nature or other causes which are unavoidable and beyond the reasonable control of Sara Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
- Sara Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will provide maintenance services to the Client like Error Corrections, bug fixing to the Website/Software made by Sara Technologies Pvt. Ltd. which would be free of cost for 1 month after the delivery of the project. Maintenance services do not include provision of Error Corrections of application/software provided by third parties.
- No work shall be undertaken by Sara Technologies Pvt. Ltd. on Sunday, National Holidays and beyond office hours of company except by prior arrangement and at additional charge to the client.
- Payments made by the customers/clients shall not be refundable.
- All the price mentioned above are excluding GST.
- All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction.
- Any changes/amendments post the acknowledgement, will result in additional charges, which will be paid extra over the order amount.
- Any delays in making the outstanding payment can result in auto-cancellation of the entire order.
- All payment must be made through Cheques, Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, Cash is not accepted.
- The received amount is NON REFUNDABLE.
- Cheque Bounce Charges Rs.500/-.
- Acknowledgement is mandatory for proceeding further
- No cancellation are permitted for those products/services that the Sara Technologies Pvt. Ltd. marketing team has obtained during promotional offers or on special occasions/events like Month end offers, Diwali, Halloweens, Christmas, New year etc. Due to occasional offerings for limited period the cancellations are not possible.
- The cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants/execution team and they have initiated the process of shipping/working on their own level.
- Remittance/Amount of payment once received will not be returned back in any case even if the cancellation is placed within 12 hours. The money can be adjusted against other service or a future order within next 90 days.
- Any interruption in service due to any third party such as website hosting, server, images, content writing etc, Our Company will not be responsible at all. Any efforts Sara Technologies has to put while coordinating/liaisoning with them has to be paid as per the agreed rate of the company.
- If you found any product /services received is not up to the mark or not as shown on our website or as per your expectations, you can notify the same to our customer service within next 12 hours of receiving the product. The customer service team will be responsible to take your consideration into mind and take appropriate action to rectify the error and improve our service.
Refund Policy
- The money back policy is not applicable in the Sara Technologies, so if you buy any product or subscribe for any service our company does not offer any money back policy. But in case you are not satisfied with our products or services you can notify the same to our customer service within next 12 hours of receiving the product. The customer service team will be responsible to take your consideration into mind and take appropriate action to rectify the error and improve our service.
- In case of our SEO/SEM services, we have flexible payment plans as per the agreed terms & conditions in which a customer can make next month payments after reviewing the performance of the previous work. However, due to the nature of the business, SEO companies including our company we cannot offer guarantee of targeted rankings/traffic/sales. You can make your next payment for a new project after satisfying with our current service and performance of work.
